Kyle David, Executive Director of Hope Counseling Center, is a proud local leader dedicated to expanding access to quality mental health services in Southwest Missouri. Recently recognized as a 2024 honoree for Missouri's NextGen 30 Under 30, Kyle combines his innovative leadership and strategic vision with a strong educational foundation, holding an MBA from the University of West Florida and an undergraduate degree from College of the Ozarks. He is committed to creating positive generational change and improving the community’s well-being. Kyle lives in the Ozarks with his wife, Esther, and serves on numerous area boards, including the Hollister School Foundation, OACAC, and as President-Elect of the Hollister Rotary Club.
Tracey Field, Director of Development at Hope Counseling Center, has lived in the Branson/Lakes Area for over 40 years. She has held roles in marketing, public relations, and fund development, including Vice President of Marketing at Skaggs Regional Medical Center (Cox Branson). Tracey helped establish the Skaggs Foundation and oversaw 300+ volunteers. Active in the community, she has served on boards like the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and the Silver Dollar City Foundation. Recognized as one of Springfield Business Journal’s 20 Most Influential Women in 2007, she enjoys lake time, home projects, and Chiefs football with her husband Stan, their four grown children, and four grandchildren.

Anne McGregor is the Chairperson of Hope Counseling Center and a third-generation owner of Herschend Family Entertainment, known for its family-friendly destinations like Silver Dollar City and Dollywood. She chairs the Neighbor Company, the philanthropic arm of Herschend Family, focusing on positive global impact. Active in the Branson and southwest Missouri communities, Anne serves on the boards of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks and the Silver Dollar City Foundation. She holds a sociology degree from Gordon College and, with her husband Mac, is a parent to four boys.

Matt Growcock, Vice Chairperson for Hope Counseling Center, is the President of PMA Holdings, LLC, overseeing businesses in hospitality, manufacturing, and real estate in the Branson area. Formerly, he was Managing Member of Lowther Johnson, Attorneys at Law. With over 20 years in Southwest Missouri, Matt is dedicated to community service, serving on various boards including the Ozark Fire Protection District and Care to Learn – Ozark. He has been recognized with honors such as Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s “Up and Coming Lawyer” and Springfield Business Journal’s “40 under 40.”
Jamie Keys

Jamie is the Vice President of Facilities & Community Affairs at Big Cedar Lodge, where he has celebrated 32 years of service. His dedication to community service and hospitality has propelled him to an executive role at the resort.
Jamie has been married to his wife Kendra for 31 years, and they have three children. They are active members of Church 316 in Forsyth, MO. Jamie serves on several local boards, including the Chairman of the Finley River TDD, the Big Cedar TDD/CID Chairman, the Vice President of the Master HOA at Branson Creek, and the Taney County Partnership. He previously served on the Options Pregnancy Board, the Branson Chamber of Commerce, and the Kirbyville School Board.
Steve Willoughby
Treasurer
Steve Willoughby, Treasurer for Hope Counseling Center, grew up in Stone County, Missouri, and graduated from the College of the Ozarks in 1986. With a career in radio spanning from 1986 to 2016, Steve now focuses on speaking, coaching, and online curriculum to empower and equip individuals. He leads Willoughby Communications and is rebuilding Governor Mike Huckabee’s radio company in Branson, Missouri, and Harrison, Arkansas. Steve and his wife Derinda have been married for 34 years and have two grown children.
